This application is for financial assistance for All Aboard daily programs only. It does not include financial
assistance for special events or activities. The mission of All Aboard is to provide recreational, social, and
educational activities and help participants develop an active, positive, and inclusive lifestyle. These guidelines
are intended to provide a clear definition of what the All Aboard scholarship policy is.
Any individual who attends All Aboard daily programs may apply. All applicants must meet the following
requirements:
The legal guardian for the applicant must complete the Scholarship Application and Statement of Financial Need in order to be eligible for consideration. The Scholarship Committee will award scholarships based on the
eligibility requirements listed above and availability of funds. Candidates will be selected by the Scholarship
Committee by majority vote.
An “individual action plan” will be personally structured for the participant. The “individual action plan” will
include the following criteria:
Periodic reviews will be performed by the Scholarship Committee to determine eligibility. Those currently
receiving scholarships will be notified by a member of the Scholarship Committee of any policy changes and/or
availability of funds.
Scholarships are effective for a 6-month (24 weeks) period only, as funds allow. Scholarships will be restricted to one ½ day session per week during a 24-week (6 months) period per year. After that, the applicant must re-apply.
Non-attendance, behavioral issues, or outstanding balances may result in re-evaluation of scholarship eligibility.
Scholarships will be given on an objective and non-discriminatory basis, but are limited to availability of funds. No full scholarships are available at this time.
All Aboard does not discriminate, regardless of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, gender identity, religion, political beliefs, marital status, familial or parental status, sexual orientation, or all or part of an individual’s income is derived from any public assistance program, or protected genetic information.

Scholarship Applications are reviewed on the second Tuesday of each month, and applicants will be notified via email of their application status within 5 days of the meeting.

We depend on our donors and volunteers to keep our program running. Keeping low fees is a priority for us.
