Our Staff
Heidi is so thrilled to be All Aboard’s Executive Director. She has led non-profit arts organizations for over 20 years. A few examples include: Seattle’s The Mae West Fest, the Female Protagonist Project, Theatre Babylon, Everett’s Artspace Everett Lofts, and The Dance School.
She has coordinated and directed All Aboard’s Talent Shows for the past few years.
Heidi and her husband Liam adopt older dogs, striving to provide them with the best years of their lives.

Misty is a US Navy Veteran, dedicated to supporting our staff and participants. She is a mom that enjoys being social and creative.
Misty comes with her service dog, a golden retriever named Willow. Our participants are always happy to see Misty and Willow. She is a joy to be around, and a wonderful member of our team.

Heather loves the hugs and forming genuine, heartfelt relationships with the participants. Seeing them open up and grow. She’s never, ever bored!
Heather is a devoted mom and brings love to all apects of her life.
Did you know she knows how to write in elvish (from Lord of the Rings)?! C’mon, how cool is that!

Marlee was born in Washington but lived overseas for 10 years before coming back to the PNW. She loves crafting and playing with her Australian Cattle Dog. She also enjoys baking with her daughter and listening to podcasts.

Maren is an incredible member of our team. She loves walking into work, and seeing so many smiling faces! She thinks the energy at All Aboard is so amazing and that everyone who walks in the door brings something unique and special to our community.
She also loves crafting, drawing, baking, and goofing around with her two sons!

Forest would surprise you with his knowledge on musical culture! He likes riding his hand bike on nice days, listening to music and playing his bass guitar.
He loves the interaction with the participants. He appreciates their good heart and joy for life.

A proud neurodivergent individual, Kristin is excited to be in a position where her differences are accepted and understood.
She enjoys trying new activities like acrylic pour painting, walking club, and keeping a busy schedule. She also enjoys spending time with her baby nephew.
Kristin brings the fun wherever she is. You may just find her breaking out in random dance moves.

Wendy brings her creativity and love of art to our program. “I enjoy challenging our participants to challenge themselves.”
Wendy enjoys crafting, upcycling materials for art projects, and renovating her turn of the century home. She also adores spending time with her family and pets.

Kevo is an avid motorcyclist that rides all 4 seasons here in Washington [when my foot isn’t broken]. He plays the guitar and the harmonica. For fun he likes to paint miniatures and play role playing games. He also grows a vegetable garden every year.

Chelsey loves working with people and showing off her bubbly personality. She enjoys having fun with everyone while lighting up the room.
She has been married for 8 years to her husband and they have two girls together.
They like to watch movies, camp, explore the library, and be outside!
She is also exploring difficult kinds of mediums when it comes to art. Watercolor, pastel and charcoal are a few.

Heather always brightens up the room with her beautiful smile. She enjoys playing soccer and is an avid Seahawks fan. Heather loves spending time with her family and two dogs.

“Heyo! My name is Elizabeth and I’m super grateful and excited to be starting this new journey with All Aboard!” Elizabeth LOVES cats! She has 3 crazy cats, Maggie, Baker, and Binx. She builds computers and plays video games with her fiancé, Jackson. Overall, she likes to hangout and chill with friends and family. “Thank you to All Aboard for having me on as a staff member. I look forward to all the great memories we’ll make together!”

Alaina enjoys gardening, sewing, up-cycled crafting, making home improvements on her Victorian era home, and all things spooky cute. She is a mother, a wife, and loves her two cats. She is one school bus away from being a real life Mrs. Frizzle. Alaina enjoys bringing her creativity to All Aboard. “No two days are the same. Being there doesn’t even feel like working!” She enjoys getting to know everyone’s unique personalities and helping them shine! “Every day is a blast into outer space!”
